Lead the development, calibration, and application of regional and subarea travel demand models for corridor and transportation studies. Prepare and interpret traffic and ridership forecasts. Prepare clear and comprehensive technical reports, memoranda, and presentations. GIS-based analyses and develop data visualizations to support transportation studies and research on travel behavior. Project coordination and technical support, and provide quality assurance and process improvement.
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Environmental and Urban Systems, Urban Planning or Civil Engineering required. Two years of experience as a Transportation Planner or a Transportation Statistical and GIS Analyst, involving development of travel demand forecasting model required.
