CTS is supporting the Freight & Multimodal Operations (FMO) Office of the FDOT Freight, Logistics & Passenger Operations (FLP) Office with engineering and planning services to RHCI per the 49 CFR 234 requirement.

Responsible for various tasks, including desktop data review, data collection, photo documentation, data analysis and maintenance, and mapping of the Rail Highway Crossing Inventory (RHCI). Provide schedule, coordination, and engineering support for RHCI database update, in compliance with FRA and FDOT regulations and requirements. Coordinate and facilitate meetings with FDOT offices, Districts, Rail companies, FRA, and local governments. Develop meeting material, training material and guidance documentation.
